Legal notes, probably. In Judaeo-Arabic. In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (1100–38 CE). Describing features of a house (al-dār... al-bāb... al-qāʿa...) and "the total: 20 pairs" (אלגמלה כ זוג). Too damaged to readily understand.
