Official correspondence. 7 lines are preserved. Catalogued as a decree concerning tax payment, but needs further examination. Mentions "the release of these seed advances" (khalāṣ hādhihi al-taqāwī). Also mentions peasants (fallāḥīn), and maybe Amīr al-Muslimīn. Reused for a Judaeo-Arabic commentary with exegetical queries concerning BT Shabbat. (Information in part from Brody hand list).
