الوصف

Letter in Hebrew and Judaeo-Arabic. Dating: Probably no earlier than 13th century, based on handwriting. The letter is written on behalf of a group of people and addressed to a group of people. It seems to be a petition requesting that everyone who wishes to make a pilgrimage to the shrine of Moshe Rabbenu (at Dammūh?) during this holiday should be allowed to do so (נטוול עלי אלגמאעה ברוכים יהיו ואלמסאול [מן] אחסאן אלגמאעה ופצלהם אן לא סביל אחדא יהא[. . . .] ען אלחצור למקאם משה רבי נע פי הדה אלחג . . . )
