Legal testimony. In Judaeo-Arabic. Dating: [14]59 Seleucid = 1147/48 CE. The century digit is missing, but can be filled in based on the reference to the year 5[..] AH in line 12. In which Abū l-Ḥasan b. Saʿadya makes a declaration concerning a quarter of a house on Mīkhāʾīl alley belonging to Abū Isḥāq b. Eliyya al-Rūmī. A sum of 10 dinars is exchanged. This may be a rental contract for a period of 2 years. The witnesses were [...] b. Yehuda and Mevorakh b. N[atan].
