Legal document, possibly a partnership. Dating: the paleography supports a dating estimate of 16th- or early 17th-century. The document details commercial arrangments between a certain Yaʿaqov, Eliezer Kohen, and Moshe Ovadyah. The currency used is Venetian perahim (פרחים זהב ויניסי), more commonly known as ducats or ducati.
