الوصف

Draft of a deed of partnership for the production of wine. In Hebrew. Dating: probably 16th century. The four partners are Yaʿaqov al-Fallāḥ (this seems better than איו שלח), Masʿūd b. Makhlūf, Manṣūr b. Isḥāq, and Shemuʾel Ibn Radiyy (or KDY). Lists the terms of the partnership, including even division of profits, and the number of jars (zāliʿ) each party invested. A marginal notation may refer to someone as a fallāh of Kafr Kanna (כפר כנה). There are binding holes at the upper margin rather than the expected left margin.
