Legal record(s) in the hand of Halfon b. Menashshe (fl. 1100–1138 CE). Fragment (right side of recto). Partial translation: "When our master the qāḍī purchased (ibtāʿa)... among them there was a house belonging to Abū [...]... known as Abū l-Faḍl al-Qaraʾ (the Qaraite)... Arabic documents in their possession... Efrayim b. Barakāt... al-Damsīsī al-Rabbānī (the Rabbanite)... [[the treasury]]... bears witness... Ibn al-[...]... [...] b. Elʿazar." On verso, an unrelated legal record naming [...] b. David, Malīḥa bt. ʿEli, and [...] ha-Kohen b. Seʿadya. Underneath, yet another legal record, too faded to read. T-S AS 158.354r and T-S NS 342.68r resemble each other but are probably not a join. AA. ASE.
