Damaged legal deed in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (1100–38 CE). May be a power of attorney in which a lady named Akhtar(?) appoints a representative. (Or rather this phrase is something like فقرأت اكثر and not someone's name at all.) Probably a join with T-S AS 155.412.
