الوصف

Legal document, dated 24 Rabīʿ I 997 AH = 10 February 1589 CE (not 797 AH / 1395 CE). Legal agreement between [...] b. Mūsā al-Yahūdī on the one hand (وهو فريق اول) and the brothers Yūsuf and Yaʿqūb and their mother on the other hand (وهم فريق ثاني). Most of the remainder seems to consist of release formulae. A Shemuʾel is mentioned further down. (Information in part from Baker and Polliack.)
