Ayyubid chronicle. Recto (the second page) is headed "[...] wa-l-Salāṭīn wa-Ibtidāʾ al-Dawla al-Nāṣiriyya" (referring to al-Malik al-Nāṣir a.k.a. Saladin). The time-span covered in the fragment is A.H. 522–73 (= 1128–78 C.E.). Both sides are arranged in grids with the words "taʾrīkh" and "sana" in red ink repeated in small boxes next to each entry. Needs examination.
