الوصف

Draft of a legal document in Arabic script. Dated: 12 Ṣafar 499 AH = 24 October 1105 CE (this seems to be a better reading than FGP's 409 = 1018/19 CE). Unsigned and with a gap left in the middle that was never filled in. Involves two parties; the term majlis al-ḥukm recurs several times; describes an argument between them (l. 9) of which the current document seems to be the resolution. Needs further examination for content.
