الوصف

Will (waṣiyya), involving transfer of ownership of a house. Fragment (bottom only). On parchment. In the description of the property and its boundaries, mentions "the wedding hall (dār al-aʿrās) known by the name of Banū Ṭabāṭabā." Dating: mentions the years 536 = 1141/42 and 537 AH = 1142/43 in the text block at lower left, which begins حضر بو سعد(؟) بن حنين النصراني التاجر وولده بو العلا الى . . . الوصي . . . Needs further examination.
