الوصف

State document, in Arabic script. A jarīda. A lot is preserved on both recto and verso, but very difficult to read, mentions "kharaja al-amr al-ʿālī bi l-marsūm". Mentions an iqṭāʿ, and some clause on the ḍāmin. Needs examination.
