State document in Arabic script. Most-likely a petition or report reused for a letter on recto. Both sides have the glyph, which signifies a basmala. The document begins with: al-mamlūk al-aṣghar Bū Isḥāq yuqabbil al-arḍ wa-yunhī annahu kāna... Mentions two rescripts (tawqīʿ). Dating: Mamlūk-era. Needs further examination.
