A fragment of a Palestinian deed (maʿase) settling a marital dispute, affirming that the wife will be receive room and board from her husband's estate after his death (ואת תהוי יתבא בביתי, l. 2). Witness signatures: Avraham b. Bashshār(?); Aharon ha-Levi b. [...]; and M[...]. From the qiyyum several more witness names may be legible (including Revaḥ(?) b. Moshe and ʿOvadya b. Zurayq), and it may state that the signature of Aharon b. Yiṣḥaq b. Hillel ha-Levi was erased. (Information in part from Friedman, Jewish Marriage in Palestine, p. 443, n. 44.)
