State document in Arabic script. Mentions Arslān b. Khuṭlukh of the 'old' Ḥāfiẓī regiment (ṭāʾifat al-ḥāfiẓiyya al-qudamāʾ"); the estate/town (ḍayʿa) known as Sumusṭā in Middle Egypt (al-Ṣaʿīd al-Adnā); al-Fashn; and an area under the administration of Būlus b. Surūr. Reused on recto for liturgical text (Hoshanʿa Rabba) in Hebrew. (Information in part from CUDL)
