Letter in Judaeo-Arabic and Hebrew, with an elaborate introduction and quotations such as Isaiah 40:31 and Psalms 103:17. Dating: Likely 13th century. Handwriting of Berakhot b. Shemuel? The sender reports that the carpenter came to make the door for the house, but they are in need of a small board (luwayḥ) and two doorposts (ʿāriḍa); he politely asks the addressee to help him obtaining these.
