Receipt issued to the khuzzān of the Fayyūm tax districts against revenue delivered by Abū l-Ḥasan b. Wahb. Amount: one-quarter, one-sixth and two ḥabbas (Khan read one-eighth, two qīrāṭs and one). Dated: 24 Muḥarram 404. Written by the jahbadh Mīkhāʾīl b. ʿAbd al-Masīḥ. Measurements: 12.5 × 7.7 cm. The verso is blank.
