Recto: Legal fragment in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi. Probably an engagement contract. Specifies payments of sums of money by certain dates of the year. Less likely relating to financial settlement after a divorce -- the clauses about divorce (should he violate specific conditions) are common to engagement contracts as well. The names of the parties are not preserved. Location: Fustat. Dating: mentions Ṭevet 1444 of the Seleucid Era (= 1132/33 CE), and written under the authority of Maṣliaḥ Gaʾon. Signed by Natan b. Shelomo ha-Kohen. Verso: Additional legal notes regarding monthly payments, likely unrelated to recto. Also in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe. Mentioning Abū l-Riḍā b. Faraj b. ʿAzarya and Hillel b. Natan ha-Kohen. (Information in part from CUDL)
