Query to Avraham Maimonides (ha-Nagid) on the issue of a man who married a second wife while traveling outside the city in which he resides with his first wife and whether divorce is necessary. Avraham Maimonides served as Rayyis al-Yahūd between 1205–1237 CE and also with the title Nagid after 1213 CE.
