Rudimentary handwriting. Mentions Syria, Latakia, and Antioch and several people's names. They are apparently in prison (מן אלחבס . . . פי בית אן מגלק . . .) in a town called Balaqṭar (בלקאטר) near Al[exandria]. Merits further examination.
