Description

Unfinished legal deed. In the hand of Hillel b. ʿEli and dated Ḥeshvan 1411 Seleucid (= 1099 CE). Concerning the will of Makhlūf b. Ismaʿīl (known as Nabāta al-Maghribī). He wills out of his total assets of 111 1/4 dinars, after the burial expenses, one dinar to Ismāʿīl the son of his brother and all the rest to his sister Umm al-Yumn and to her two children Ibrāhīm and Mawlāt.
