Recto: Accounting of the Qodesh (in the hand of Yefet b. David?). Dating: probably ca. 1040s CE. Listing the expenditures of the parnas Abū Yosef Yaʿaqov b. Bushayr on tiles and renovations. Verso: Accounts in Arabic script, likely related to recto. Listing various names, including Thābit b. Khalaf al-Baghdādī; Shūʿa b. ʿIrfān(?) al-Ḥalabī; Thābit b. Yaʿqūb al-Baghdādī; Ibrāhīm b. Ghālib al-Mawṣilī; and the bottom section includes expenses similar to those on recto.
