Description

Various jottings. The top of recto contains a list of writing equipment: "tablet and inkpot and pen and ink (midād) and notebook and codex and bowl." Underneath there is a taqbīl from the beginning of a petition. Underneath the phrase "Makārim b. Sayyid al-Kull appeared (before the court). The same Makārim has practiced his witness signature multiple times on verso; he seems to write Sayyid al-Kull with a shin rather than a samekh.
