Description

State document, in Arabic script. Pٰrobably the beginning of a decree with a basmala. "mā rāḥ ḥaẓẓuk fī l-ʿūlyā bi-muntaqiṣ", a variant of the poem by al-Buḥturī. Contains a name "Ḥassūn b. Muḥamad b. ʿAbd al-Ṣamad". Needs examination.
