Letter in Hebrew and Judaeo-Arabic. Addressed to a Rosh Yeshiva named Moshe; his honorifics are unusual if not unique for the Geniza. The sender opens with conveying his own and his father's condolences on account of the death of R. Shelomo and his son R. Shemuel. The addressee and the addressee's father are wished a long life. The continuation is missing. The handwriting is probably known (12th or 13th century). Needs further examination. ASE
