Small fragment from the opening of a letter written by Halfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (1100–1138 CE) containing greetings for Masliah Gaon, probably for his appointment as Head of the Jews (ca. 1127). Dating: 1127–1138 CE, based on the active dates of the letter sender and recipient. AA/MCD
