Unidentified text with Arabic and interspersed Judaeo-Arabic. Maybe a glossary of some kind. In one place it says עצם (bone) in Judaeo-Arabic followed by the Arabic transcription عظم. Underneath it refers to something or something called (wa-yuqāl) بتباطون(??). Needs further examination.
