  2. اقر احـ[ـمد      ] بن الشيخ على بن الاخضـ[ـر]
  3. اقرارا شرعيا انه قبض من المزبد
  4. ابي الخير المتطبب جميع ما كان عليه من الاجرة
  5. المكتتبة عليه بالاجارة التى بيد احمد المذكور
  6. وذلك في تاريخ الثالث من شهر ربيع الأول من
  7. سنة سبع وستمائة شهدت عليه بذلك
  8. وكتب عبد العزيز بن هرون صح

  1. [In the name of God, the merciful and compassionate.]  

  2. Aḥmad [ … ] ibn al-Shaykh ʿAlī ibn al-Akhḍar acknowledged  

  3. with a legal acknowledgement that he has received from al-Muzbid  

  4. Abū al-Khayr, the physician, all the rent that he owed  

  5. and that was recorded as owed by him in the lease that is in the possession of this Aḥmad.

  6. This took place on the third of the month of Rabīʿ I of  

  7. the year six-hundred and seven. I witnessed this for him  

  8. It was written by ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz ibn Hārūn.
