Description

Recto is probably a state report in Arabic script. Damaged and very difficult to read. Referring to people fleeing from a battle, al-Shām, Egypt, ʿAsqalān, and potentially al-Afḍal. Verso, probably the original use, is another state document in Arabic script, in a different hand. Needs examination. This document was identified and catalogued on PGP by Alan Elbaum in 2024. Pending publication by Paul Cobb and Alan Elbaum.
