Letter probably to a dignitary called Abū Isḥāq Ibrāhīm/Avraham. With a long Hebrew introduction, the body in Judaeo-Arabic, and the address in Arabic script. (The word "the fifth"/חמשי may appear after the address, but it is too damaged to be sure.) Dating: Probably 11th century. Little of the content is preserved.
