Bill of divorce (geṭ). Location: Fustat. Dated: 1563 Seleucid = 1251/52 CE. (The last digit of the year is quite faded but the letters ותל are visible, and somebody also wrote in pencil "1563," so perhaps the date was more visible at that time or the document was examined under UV light.) Husband: [Nissim] b. Sar Shalom ha-Levi of Damascus. Wife: Sutayt bt. Ṭoviyya. Unsigned. See T-S 8J6.16v (PGPID 2168) from the following year for another incomplete bill of divorce between the same couple and T-S 8J6.16r (PGPID 2167) for a settlement of their marital dispute.
