Description

Letter in Arabic script. Approximately 5 lines are preserved on both sides in addition to the marginal text. Refers to the difficult situation of a woman (or a female entity) this year, and mentions administrative terms such as nawāḥī, dīwān, ḥukm al-majlis. The script seems to be quasi-chancery, and the phenomenon of the stacking of baselines, and the official terminologies suggests that it may be an official correspondence written in a letter format. Also contains the standard report and petition formulaic "yunhī". Needs examination.
