Kashrut certificate for a cheese shipment imported by Maymūn b. Nissim of Syracuse, Sicily. Location: Alexandria. Dated: last decade of Sivan 5001 AM = June 1241 CE. Signed by Eliyyahu the Judge and Yiṣḥaq b. Ḥalfon. A separate section at the top is signed by Yeshuʿa b. Shemuel and Ṭahor b. Zekharya.
