Marriage contract, fragment. Location: New Cairo. Dating: 1310–55 CE, based on the reshut clause naming the Nagid Yehoshuaʿ (b. Avraham II Maimonides). Bride: Sitt al-Karam bt. Menashshe. Unknown marriage payment. Dowry items preserved in this fragment are worth over 65 dinars. Signed by Moshe b. Elʿazar ha-Melammed and Menaḥem b. Mevorakh ha-Kohen. There is a validation signed by Yiṣḥaq b. Netanʾel ha-Levi and Aharon b. Menaḥem ha-Kohen. The name [...] b. Ḥalfon ha-Levi also appears. See Goitein's note card for further details.
