Accounts in Judaeo-Arabic and Hebrew numerals. Dated on the verso 14 Heshvan (שנת ברחמים)– which is a gematria given that the month Elul is normally referred to as רחמים. The letters in ברחמים add up to 2+200+8+40+10+40=300– which is [5]300 AM (1539 CE). The paleography of the accounts matches this chronological designation. MCD
