Description

Legal fragment in the hand of Yosef b. Shemuʾel b. Saʿadya ha-Levi. Recto involves the parties Abū l-Thanāʾ b. ʿ[...] and Abū Saʿīd and commodities including פצוץ סנדאלי and probably the garment known as ʿarḍī. Verso is an addendum containing a release pertaining to the contents of recto. It provides the location as Fustat and includes a partial date, probably 1515 Seleucid = 1203/04 CE.
