Description

The preserved text is fragmentary and doesn't directly indicate its a state document but contains elegant line spacing and is written in a chancery hand. The preserved lines are opening honorifics and the text on the margins reads as "يكون عندها بعض المعونة ان كانت كتب الله جل....". Needs examination.
