Description

Ketubba, incomplete. Location: New Cairo. Dated: 14 Tishrei 5577 AM = 6 October 1816 CE. Groom: Raḥamim b. Nissim. Bride: her name has not been filled in, but she was previously married to Raḥamim, they divorced, and they have now made peace and intend to remarry. This new ketubba lays out the conditions upon him both from the first ketubba and from the remarriage (the specific sums for the payments have also been left blank).
