Statement that a legal transaction (qinyan) was made by the Egyptian cheesemonger (al-jabbān al-miṣrī) Abū l-Faḍl b. ʿIwaḍ known as Ibn al-[...] that he commits to paying half a dirham a day for a certain period to his wife Ḥusn ('mentioned inside of this (document)'). Verso is probably the original/earlier document alluded to. Too faded to read properly. Mentions [...] b. Ismāʿīl, a woman and her husband, and the number 200.
