Letter fragment, possibly sent to or on behalf of an entire community. In Hebrew. The paleography supports a dating estimate of nineteenth-century. A placename is likely mentioned in the third line before "יע׳׳א", which is commonly used to invoke divine protection of a city or town (יגן עליה אלוהים). Brāznī (בראזני) might refer to the small city of Berezhany in western Ukraine. Requires further research. MCD.
