Unnamed Enslaved Person 30

Description / Bio

Enslaved woman possibly mentioned in a trousseau list from 1185 CE, but it is unclear if the entry refers to a specific individual or funds earmarked for purchasing a jāriya. The list appears in a record of marriage conditions for the groom Abū l-Barakāt b. Musallam al-Ṭabīb and the bride Sitt al-ʿAlam bt. Netanel the Fifth.
