Kushite enslaved woman mentioned in the dowry list section of a ketubba, ca. mid- to late-eleventh century CE. The bride and groom are: Karīmā bt. Nuṣayr known as Elʿazar and Yosef b. Shelomo. (Information from PGP and Craig Perry, Slavery and the Jews of Medieval Egypt, Appendix 1, no. 146)
