[هذ]ا ما اشترى مكارم بن أبي الفرج بن يوسف الـ[ ]

[ السمـ]ـرة واضح الجبهة وبها غضون مقرون خفي وبقرن جبهتيـ[ـه ]
-
[ ] مفلج الثنايا العليا وبخده الأيمن شامتان وبحاجبه الايـ[ ]
-
[وهـ]ـو رجل شيخ معتدل القامة اسمر اللون واضح الجبهة وبها غـ[ـضون ]
-
[عينه اليمـ]ـني شامة وبموخر عينه اليسرى شامة مقلوع بعض الاسنان مسـ[ـتدير اللحية ]
-
[ ]مبلغها الثلث ثمانية اسهم من اربعة وعشرين سهما شائعا غير مقسـ[ـوم ]

[ ] الذي ذكر البايع ان هذه الحصة من جميعها له وفي ملكه ويده ولـ.[ ]

[ ]عن هاتين الطبقتين بزوج ابواب فيطلق على القاعة .[ ]

[ بئـ]ـر الما المعينة وذات القناة القائمة والمرافق والحقوق [ ]

[ ]ويشتمل عليها وعلى سایر حقوقها كلها .[ ]

This is what Makārim ibn Abī al-Faraj ibn Yūsuf the [ … ] bought [ … ]
