الوصف

Settlement between Abū l-Munā ʿUlla b. Sibaʿ (known as Ibn al-Dihqān), and Abū l-Ḥusayn Yaḥyā b. Shemuel ha-Kohen. The latter owes a debt (figures of 50 dinars and 30 dinars are mentioned) and agrees to pay 26 dinars to the former in monthly installments of 1 dinar. The settlement was reached through the mediation of "peace-loving elders." The start of the payments is dated Ḥeshvan 1413 Seleucid (= 1101 CE). In the hand of Hillel b. ʿEli.
