الوصف

Verso (original use): Bottom of a legal document (iqrār) in Arabic scirpt. Dated: Rabiʿ II 448 AH = June/July 1056 CE. Signed by al-Ḥasan b. Muḥammad b. ʿUbaydallāh. Underneath in Hebrew script there are a pair of unusual female and male names: Imāma bt. Shaʿf and Sātkīn b. Fahm. Underneath those: Yinon ha-Kohen b. Shelomo he-Ḥaver b. Yosef Av. Reused on recto for an erotic spell, to make NN (male) love NN (female). (Information in part from CUDL.)
