الوصف

Receipt, in late Arabic script. Dated 14 M[uḥarram] [..]41 AH but the century was not recorded. Given the mention of Ottoman qurush, with the recurring ق symbol, the year is likely 1141 or 1241 (the coin was not minted until 1690 CE). At least two names are mentioned in ll. 1-2: Isḥaq Kr..l and al-Ḥajj Sulaymān al-Makkawī. MCD.
