Fragment of a letter in Judaeo-Arabic. Dating: likely 11th century. Recto preserves only the beginning, mentioning "the khaṭṭ of my master for 22 dinars," and that everyone is anxious for a letter with news. Verso preserves the left half of the address in Arabic script (min Marwān b. Saʿīd al-Muqaddasī, al-Fusṭāṭ, yaṣil dār al-ṣarf in shāʾ allāh amāna amāna) and underneath probably the name of the courier Hibatallāh b. Faraj (or Ṣalaḥ?).
