Fragment (upper part) of a Judaeo-Arabic letter to Avraham Maimonides from al-Muhadhdhab ha-Kohen b. Manṣūr (or Merayot?) ha-Kohen. From the body of the message that remains, al-Muhadhdhab describes his distress on account of the tax (אלמס) he owes. On verso there is also a piece of a letter (a postscript?) with blessings for Eliyya ha-Sar; the address "to be delivered to Eliyya ha-Dayyan" is also preserved, broken into two pieces from how the paper was glued and torn open. Avraham Maimonides is referred to with the title "Nagid" thus the dating is c. 1213–1237 CE.
