Legal document dated 29 Nisan 5411 AM (April 1651 CE) involving Yiṣḥaq Castro and Ya'aqov al-Darqon. The scribe Shelomo b. Shemuel Somekh ha-Kohen has a remarkable signature listed once in plain script and then again in calligraphic script– which opens with the term דמתקרי to indicate the repetition of two signatures by the same scribe (it is unclear why Shelomo b. Shemuel Somekh ha-Kohen chose to do so). See Avraham David's edition on FGP for the content. ASE.
